GBC Revitalization
Revitalization at GBC refers to our mission to multiply God’s church within our area.
We are called to be one body of Christ in the world, and so we should be working with other churches to reflect the Lord Jesus Christ to a needy world. As part of Groton Bible Chapel’s Vision 2035, our Elders have laid out a strategic, 10-year vision to leverage our church’s growth to strengthen and multiply healthy churches throughout our region.
A revitalization effort means providing leadership, resources, and people to help an existing congregation regain health and self-sustainability. GBC is helping to revitalize churches in many ways such as:
Providing preachers for Sunday morning to give pastors a break
Helping with back office capabilities such as accounting and payroll
Providing a financial assessment
Providing leaders to lead worship on Sunday morning
Helping start or build up ministries such as men’s, women’s, kids, youth, etc.
Adopt, revitalize, and release a church to operate on its own
