BASICS
Our BASICS classes exist to help those new to the faith to grow in their understanding of God, His Word and the life to which He calls us. We offer three classes throughout the year listed below. Classes consist of video teaching and discussion. Cost of registration pays for the workbook.
The Story of God
Begins January 12th (6:30pm-8pm). Will provide an 8-week beginner’s overview of the Bible.
Our time will consist of a video teaching and discussion on the week's topic.
The 8 Weeks will cover:
1) Creation and Fall
2) Promise & A People
3) Rescue & Law
4) Land & Kingdom
5) Exile & Return
6) Jesus
7) A New People
8) A Better Beginning
Theology and the Mission of God
Begins March 23rd (6:30pm-8pm). Will provide an 8-week beginner’s introduction to Christian beliefs.
Our time will consist of a video teaching and discussion on the week's topic.
The 8 Weeks will cover:
1) God the Father (Theology)
2) God the Son (Christology)
3) God the Holy Spirit (Pneumatology)
4) God’s Word (Bibliology)
5) Creation (Anthropology)
6) The Gospel (Soteriology)
7) The People of God (Ecclesiology)
8) The Mission of God (Missiology)
Registration opens in February
Discipleship
Begins Fall 2026 (6:30pm-8pm). Will provide an 10-week introduction to following Jesus.
The class will include teaching and discussion on:
1) Who is God?
2) How does God speak to us?
3) Where is God in the midst of suffering?
4) There is an enemy
5) How can I make the most of my life? Part 1
6) How can I make the most of my life? Part 2
7) How does God view money?
8) Why and how should I tell others?
9) Why is the church important?
