GBC Kids Volunteer Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Children’s Ministry Volunteer Coordinator supports the GBC Kids ministry by onboarding, scheduling, and communicating with volunteers who serve in GBCkids programs and events. Working closely with the Children’s Ministry Director, this role ensures volunteer needs are met for weekly programming, special events, and childcare while helping foster a culture of appreciation and support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationally strong, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in alignment with Groton Bible Chapel’s mission to reflect Christ to a needy world. It is part-time (25 hours/week).
