You shall be holy, for I am holy
Read - 1 Peter 1:14-16, Leviticus 19:1-2
God called Israel to look different from the nations around them. They were called to be set-apart. They were called to be holy. Peter’s audience is in the same boat, and regular persecution has made that hard to escape. In the midst of it all, they are still called to be different. What does it look like for Christians today to be different from the world? What sorts of things lead to persecution in our country, and how are we called to respond?
