There will be representatives from: Malta--Local faith-based organization reaching out to the homeless in Southeastern Connecticut. Care Net Pregnancy Resource Center--Empowering people to make informed choices when confronted with an unplanned pregnancy Moms in Prayer--Moms who gather together to pray for their children and schools to impact them for Christ. Prison Fellowship Ministry-- Equipping local churches and trained volunteers to spread the Gospel, nurture disciples behind prison walls, and to minister to their families. Upward Sports--Christian sports league that helps kids develop sports skills and lifelong values. The Salvation Army of New London--Provides emergency assistance, services for the homeless, ongoing food assistance, and character and skill-building programs. Community of Hope-- Spirit-led, life-changing services to women coming out of addictions, homelessness, and domestic violence, including life-skill classes, spiritual enrichment through Bible studies and mentors, and Hope House. f2fmi--Mobilizing and equipping the churches of New England to proclaim the Gospel to students in their communities, across the nation, and around the world. Work & Learn, Inc.--Bible-based, volunteer-staffed organization helping the unemployed and underemployed by providing keys to spiritual revival and steps to successful job search and employment skills. Foreclosure prevention--Realtor Bette Giesing provides free foreclosure assistance by developing strategies that may enable people to stay in their home. Alpha--Ten-week course for people of all backgrounds, religions, and viewpoints who investigate the existence of God, purpose of life, afterlife, claims of Jesus and more.
